Check-in & Stay
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM
Check-out no later than 11:00 AM
The suite is designed for a maximum of two guests for rest and comfort
Unregistered visitors, please notify us in advance
The stay is intended for personal use only; commercial purposes or photoshoots are not allowed
It is not permitted to accommodate more guests overnight than specified in the reservation
Wellness & Tranquility
The private sauna and bath are used at your own relaxation and responsibility
This accommodation is focused on serenity; parties, loud behavior, or loud music (especially after 11:00 PM) are not allowed
Eating or drinking in the sauna is not permitted
Smoking, nitrous oxide, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited
Incense, candles, or other open flames may only be used with prior permission
Respect & Living Together
Please be considerate of other guests and the tranquility of the environment
Leave the suite reasonably clean and tidy upon departure
Hotel properties must remain in the room; taking belongings is not allowed
Safety & Care
Securely lock the suite when you leave
Report damage, malfunctions, or irregularities immediately so we can ensure your stay remains pleasant
The emergency exits are only to be used in case of emergency
It is strictly forbidden to cover, tamper with, or otherwise disable smoke detectors.
Unnecessary activation of the fire alarm may result in the fire department being called. The costs incurred for this will be charged to the Guest.
Cameras may be present in common areas for security purposes; they are only used in case of incidents
For your own safety and that of others, we ask you to carefully adhere to these rules
Pets & Compliance
Pets are only welcome with prior permission
In the event of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay
