Check-in is available from 3:00 PM

Kindly check-out by 11:00 AM

The suite is designed for up to two guests for rest and comfort

Please inform us in advance about any unregistered visitors

The stay is intended solely for personal use; commercial purposes or photoshoots are not allowed

It's not allowed to have more overnight guests than stated in the reservation

Wellness & Calmness

The private sauna and bath are for your relaxation and personal responsibility

This stay is focused on serenity; parties, noisy behavior, or loud music (especially after 11:00 PM) are not permitted

No food or drinks are allowed in the sauna

Smoking, nitrous oxide, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited

Incense, candles, or other open flames may only be used with prior permission

Respect & Community

Please be considerate of other guests and the tranquility of the environment

Leave the suite reasonably clean and tidy upon departure

Hotel property must remain in the room; taking items is not permitted

Safety & Care

Securely lock the suite when leaving

Report any damage, malfunctions, or irregularities immediately so we can ensure a pleasant stay for you

Emergency exits are for use only in case of an emergency

Cameras may be present in public areas for security; they are used solely in case of incidents

For your safety and that of others, please adhere carefully to these rules

 Pets & Compliance

Pets are only welcome with prior permission

In case of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay
